Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts
Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts
The Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts has offered a rich menu of performances since 2001, enhanced by major education and outreach initiatives. Its mission is to operate a world-class performing arts center that engages and serves a broad audience throughout the Greater Philadelphia region. The Philagrafika installation will grace the Kimmel Center's Commonwealth Plaza, where audiences will experience art in a dynamic space. The contemporary 150-foot barrel vaulted glass roof is the optimal setting to view cutting-edge art, suspended within the space or projected on its surfaces. The exhibition is organized with the Brodsky Center for Innovative Editions, a part of Rutgers University.
