Seraphin Gallery
Seraphin Gallery, located in the Washington West neighborhood, has a history of working with both national and regional artists. The gallery is committed to promoting new and innovative art from the 1960’s to the present. The gallery has worked with such noted artists such as George Herms, Grace Hartigan, and Leon Golub.
The exhibition, Printable, will focus on new and interesting ways the printing process can be pushed in the modern era. Examples include racking system which transfers recorded hand movements onto paper to stamping with alternative mediums. Artists include Brian Dickerson, Hiro Sakaguchi, Robert Goodman, Serena Perrone, Eric McDade, Victor Vazquez, Harry Bertoia, John Karpinski, Kelly Wallace, Joan Wadleigh Curran, D.S. Nicholas, Ken Mabrey, Rob Swainston, Anne Canfield, and Nancy Sophy.
