Fleisher/Ollman Gallery
A Place Near Here
A Place Near Here is an installation by Philadelphia artist Isaac Tin Wei Lin. Alongside new prints, sculptures, and kinetic paintings that explode with layers of calligraphy, cartoons, color, and pattern, Lin presents a selection of elegant drawings on photographs made in collaboration with fellow artists. A limited edition zine of sketchbook drawings and photographs accompanies the exhibition.
A window installation by Chicago artist Don Colley, visible within the gallery and from the street below, is also on view.
